Scott brings two decades of experience as a founder, operator, and advisor to the work of helping business owners architect wealth with purpose. Before joining Socha Capital, Scott built and scaled multiple founder-led ventures… from founding a celebrity-backed SaaS company to launching a high-throughput testing firm during the pandemic. He’s navigated exits, lender covenants, regulatory chaos, and post-liquidity reinvention… and now helps clients do the same with clarity and control.

As founder of a boutique advisory firm, he worked with over 50 entrepreneurs across sectors to translate complexity into structure… offering capital strategy, planning systems, and proprietary AI-powered tools for executive decision-making. His advisory lens is informed by lessons earned the hard way: he nearly missed payroll, self-funded through volatility, and lived the emotional weight of leading families and teams through risk.

At Socha, Scott operates as a strategic partner to ultra-high-net-worth clients, integrating tax, estate, entity, and cash flow strategies into holistic plans that reflect what truly matters. He specializes in pre-exit planning, founder transition, and legacy design… bringing a founder’s mindset and a strategist’s rigor to every engagement.

Outside the firm, Scott is a devoted husband, father of three, and lifelong learner who thrives on health optimization and quality time with his kids.
