Megan Webster serves as Operations Manager at Socha Capital, where she plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s operational foundation and execution capabilities. She leads initiatives across insurance, business development, revenue operations, and internal processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and client experience.

With more than a decade of experience spanning operations, compliance, technology, and financial services, Megan is known for her ability to design and implement systems that align people, process, and data. Throughout her career, she has led CRM implementations, operational transformations, reporting and analytics initiatives, merger integrations, and process improvement efforts that enhance visibility, accountability, and execution.
