He holds a master’s degree in financial planning from Texas Tech University's prestigious School of Financial Planning and maintains dual credentials as both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Enrolled Agent—a rare combination that positions him to address the intricate intersection of comprehensive financial planning and sophisticated tax strategy.

Prior to joining Socha Capital, Ezra was instrumental in building the financial planning department at one of the nation's fastest-growing WealthTech firms. Under his leadership and strategic contributions, the department expanded from managing collaborative relationships on $3 billion in assets to over $10 billion in just a few years. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise working with high-net-worth tech employees, business owners, and mass affluent clients, crafting bespoke financial solutions that address their unique challenges—from equity compensation strategies and liquidity events to multi-entity tax optimization and generational wealth transfer.

Ezra resides just outside Dallas, Texas with his wife Brooke, their young son Zachary, and two energetic heelers, Indigo and Hank. When he's not helping clients build and preserve wealth, you'll find the family exploring the outdoors, traveling to exotic scuba diving destinations around the world, or spending quality time with extended family and friends.
